Train with Kadeem between lessons

Training with Cheeze was some of the most intense yet rewarding training I’ve been through, and I’m former military! King provides balanced routines and paid mad attention to detail when it came to correcting form and other bad habits! Routines are so motivating he had cats working in with us all the time! I was just finished with rehabilitating my left hand from an injury, and Cheeze showed me alternative ways to relieve the pressure near the injury but still execute effectively! Here are a few pics one before and the rest after! Mad Respect Cheeze! Appreciate the results! 💪🏾💪🏾✊🏾✊🏾

Kadeem J is a motivator, a advocate and a friend. He knows when to be tough and when to push but also how to be gentle and passive. There are times where I don’t want to go but I respect his commitment to me. Halfway through I never regret and always get a great sweat and confidence boost! I used to train alone but Kadeem showed me the power of a trainer and how his pov helps grow my knowledge and ability. Stronger than ever!

Kadeem is a great trainer he takes time to teach his clients about each workout and the purpose for the exercise. He is able to tell you how to target problem areas as well as how to properly stretch and rehabilitate from any strain that the body make take when attempting to build your goal physique. Lastly Kadeem is able to design an efficient workout plan and diet plan to supplement the work that is done in the gym.

Kadeem was very knowledgeable when it came to all aspects of personal training and the human body. So much so that even though I'd been out of the gym for years and was nervous to get back into it, his knowledge and personality helped me relax and learn alot with just my first session. Look forward to learning alot more with him!

Kadeem is one of a kind. He got me started in my journey and made me feel confident to push myself more. At first I was scared and hard on myself because progress is slow but Kadeem encouraged me to understand how each steps helps me reach a new level and how to make it fun and challenging.

Kadeem Johnson is technical and intuitive. He listens to how I feel and understands where to lean into my thoughts and where to help me grow my understanding. I believe Kadeem is genuine and is here to help me grow physically and mentally.
